For me, nature is a space of creation and inspiration, where my creativity comes alive. While my dreams and ideas often take root in the quiet moments of daily life—reading on the sofa in the evening, sitting alone with my thoughts—their true expression unfolds when I step into nature.
For a long time, I struggled to maintain a consistent yoga and fitness practice. The idea of moving, breathing, and centering myself in a confined room, surrounded by walls and artificial light, felt disconnected from what yoga truly meant to me. A practice designed to deepen my connection to breath, body, and mind felt incomplete in an enclosed space. It wasn’t until I took my practice outside—starting simply in my garden—that everything changed.

Outdoors, yoga was no longer something I had to do. It became something I felt—a natural part of being alive. The sensation of grass beneath my feet, the warmth of the sun on my skin, and the gentle rhythm of the wind transformed my practice from an exercise into an experience of connection. I was no longer just moving through poses; I was engaging with the world around me.
The more I attuned myself to this experience, the more nature responded. Butterflies danced nearby, birds perched curiously in the trees, even the tiniest grasshoppers seemed to acknowledge my presence. Practicing yoga outside shifted my perspective—no longer was I simply doing yoga; I was part of nature itself.
It was then that I truly began to see, to observe, to feel. Until that moment, I hadn’t fully grasped the beauty or the power of a sunset. Indoors, time passes unnoticed, moments blur together. But in nature, every breath, every sensation, every changing hue of the sky becomes part of the experience.
Practicing yoga and mindfulness daily helps cultivate inner peace, balance, and a deeper connection with nature.
